What I Did
- Placed rat traps and UV tracking dust under kitchen kickboards and inside a cupboard.
- Installed a live-feed motion camera in the loft with traps and UV tracking dust.
- Removed trapped rats, reset and rebaited traps on the second visit.
- Checked tracking dust with a UV torch and identified the kitchen entry point.
- Sealed the uncapped pipe and loft entry points once the source had been confirmed.
- Kept the camera in place after proofing to confirm no further loft movement.
